Less than two years ago, Duke welcomed 15 students into the newly launched Master of Fine Arts in Experimental and Documentary Arts. This spring the program is proud to announce the inaugural thesis exhibition of the MFAEDA at Duke University featuring work by the Class of 2013.
The exhibition will kick-off with an opening on Friday, March 22 in the Power Plant Gallery at the American Tobacco Campus in downtown Durham. In addition, several films will screen that evening in the Full Frame Theater, which is also located at the American Tobacco Campus. The program will continue on Sunday with the premiere of several films.
Through April 14, work will also be shown at the Carrack Modern Art, Casbah, Cassilhaus, and the Fredric Jameson Gallery.
Please stay tuned for a more detailed schedule of events! And in the meantime, save the date…
